To minimize the cost to our customers, there might be a delayed delivery on some of our products. The delivery might take around 1-4 weeks as some items are delivered internationally from all over the world.

 

Additional cost will be charged if you require tracking numbers in Australia, or overseas:

Australia: Registered Post Insured for $100 – $8.00

International: Australia Post Insured Mail Delivery – $25.00

Please note Registered Post does not guarantee a faster delivery. The delivery will take around 1-4 weeks as specified above.

 

 

Return Policy

 

We are confident in our products and believe you will be happy with your choice. However, we also understand that there is only so much you can learn about a product from looking at it on a computer screen. Therefore to afford our customers all the benefits attributed with purchasing from a store in person, we offer a 15 day return and refund policy. This means that if you are not 100% satisfied with a product you can return it to us within 15 days and we will be happy to refund the purchase price of your item (excluding postage and handling) no questions asked!

To arrange a return/refund please send us an email to sfjewellerystores@gmail.com informing us of the item you are returning.

You will be responsible for the safe return of the item in its original condition and original packaging, accompanied the receipt. Once we have received the item we will process your refund
